You can make Frostner with the following:įrostner deals three different types of damage: 40 frost, unsurprisingly, 35 blunt, and 20 spirit. It costs a little more to make than the Iron Sledge, but it really makes up for it in killing power. It’s a single-handed hammer, easily capable of cleaving through even the toughest enemies Valheim can throw at you. These weapons are Frostner and the Iron Sledge.įrostner is arguably the best use for Ymir Flesh. Both items that require Ymir Flesh are weapons, ones that can dish out massive damage with ease. Ymir Flesh has few uses at the moment, but what it can make is extremely powerful. There are only a few to choose from at the moment, but they’re all pretty helpful, and Haldor’s stock is only going to increase from here. Once you’ve found the elusive dwarf, you can buy a few items with the gold and other treasures you’ve doubtless begun to hoard. All you can do is explore any Black Forest you come across, and hope he is found sooner rather than later. In others, he prefers a more remote lifestyle, camping out on the very edge of the world. In some worlds, you’ll be able to find Haldor setting up shop pretty close to your spawn point, if a Black forest isn’t too far away. However, there is no maximum cap on that distance. Haldor will only spawn at least 1500 meters from the center of the world, or your spawn point.
He spawns exclusively in the Black Forest biome, though he can sometimes be a real nuisance to find. To find Ymir Flesh, you’ll first need to pay a visit to Haldor the Dwarf merchant.
