If you want a totally silent PC experience (and have the appropriate components you'll need for it), I suggest you set a fan curve where fans won't spin up until the CPU reaches 62-63✬ AND you set the fans to have around 3 to 5 seconds response delay (you can actually set normal fan curves as long as you have a 5 seconds response delay. I have run benchmarks (games, Cinebench) and I get slightly better results with the offset voltage. I bet it'll work just fine, but until I try it I won't know for certain).
